IMPORTANT UPDATES:
  • No physicians in our  clinic are accepting new patients. Please do not call  our already busy phonelines to inquire about this.  We appreciate the difficulty in finding a physician however we are unable to make exceptions or take requests at this time.  The Division of Family Practice has set up a waitlist process for patients to find a new family physician. You can visit their website:
                           https://divisionsbc.ca/fraser-northwest/finding-a-family-doctor

  • Prescription Refills: Please remember that an appointment is required for all refill prescriptions. All patients need to contract the office 2-3 weeks prior to running out in order to book an appointment as the demand for appointments has dramatically increased.  All physicians are booking this far in advance for routine appointments. It is your responsibility to keep track of your medications and when they will run out or you may be directed to call your pharmacy for an emergency supply until the next available appointment with your physician.
Thank you

Prescription Refills

For appointment bookings please call (604) 942-7227.

On line booking is also available. Please see the front desk to register.

Phone lines are busiest 8:00-10:00 am and 1:00-2:00 pm.  For non urgent matters and to reduce your wait time on hold,  we encourage you to phone outside these times.

If requesting a prescription, please try to bring a list of the medications you need refilled.

If you are following up regarding specific results, you may wish to confirm that these have been received prior to your appointment.
Please cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee - $30 for 10 minute appointments or $50 for longer appointments including physicals, procedures and counselling.

With enough notice, we can offer the appointment to another patient and ensure all our appointment times are filled. This will help improve service to our patients by reducing how long our patients have to wait to see their doctor.
We do not refill prescriptions by phone or fax. Prescriptions are carefully timed to finish when follow up between a patient and physician is due. Please book an appointment if you require a prescription refill. In case of emergency, your pharmacist is able to provide an emergency supply.

Referrals

Results

 Conduct

We are unable to accept phone referrals. If you require a referral, please book an appointment with your own doctor.

If a referral has been made by your doctor, your patience in receiving your appointment date is appreciated.

Unfortunately wait lists are long and, depending on the specialty, wait times to hear about your appointment can range from one week to many months.
Once the initial referral has been made you are welcome to call your specialist's office to inquire.

Please book an appointment with your doctor to discuss results. Our staff are unable to disclose results over the phone.

Our staff do their best to provide excellent care. Our clinic hosts 15 doctors and serves thousands of patients. While we understand that health care interactions can be frustrating, inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or clinic will not be tolerated and will result in discontinuation of care.
